Handmade in small batches with our finest pure Grade A Golden New York maple syrup, we infuse sweet and lightly floral Sri Lankan Ceylon cinnamon. Unlike Cassia cinnamon which has a bit to much spice, Ceylon cinnamon pairs much smoother with the taste of maple syrup. We let it age to perfection.
This versatile infused maple syrup can be used in many ways! Pour on top of breakfast, drizzle on desserts or use in mixed drinks. Wonderful on oatmeal, waffles and milkshakes!
