Coffee Infused Maple Syrup Mocha Blended Oats Recipe

Our Coffee Infused Maple Syrup is created with locally roasted coffee beans from Electric City Roasters using their Ethiopian blend. Our farmers market customers tell us their favorite use for this syrup is a topping for ice cream but we've been exploring other ways to use it! Mocha blended oats is a perfect breakfast treat! 


  • 1/2 C old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBSP Slate Valley Coffee Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP milk of choice
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt


Blend all ingredients, pour into a greased ramekin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Delicious topped with chocolate chips and honey!
