A simple and fast granola recipe using our farm's Grade A Golden Cranberry Infused maple syrup and Maple candied cashews!
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour oats onto a baking sheet evenly spread, and toast in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. In a small sauce pan heat butter, maple syrup, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. And a large mixing bowl add oats, cranberries, cashews and pour in butter mixture. Toss to combine and ensure mixture is evenly coated. Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour mixture into baking mixture and firmly press into and even layer. Sprinkle sea salt. Refrigerate for at least two hours before removing and slicing.
