Maple Cashew Salad With Honey Tahini Dressing

One of our most beloved products at our farmers market stand is our maple candied cashews! They are very addicting and they are so fun to add to any salad or snack mix. Here we have paired it with a fresh salad and a honey tahini dressing made with our raw wildflower honey! 

Ingredients:

¼ cup tahini 

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Uncle Pat's Honey

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Big pinch salt

¼ cup cold water

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to bowl, whisk until combined. Serve atop salad, like this one with baby spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, green apple and Slate Valley Farms Maple Cashews.
