It's getting hot! Time to switch from putting maple on your pancakes to turning your maple into pops! Plus fresh berry season here in upstate New York is right around the corner.
A fun new way to use our Hibiscus Petal Infused Maple Syrup with a naturally pink color.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c cream of coconut 1/2 c coconut milk, warmed 1/2 c fresh raspberries 1 tea bag, hibiscus tea
DIRECTIONS:
In a microwave safe mug, warm coconut milk for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Add tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes.
In a large measuring cup or jug, mix all remaining ingredients. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours.
